National Museum of the Middle Class ...

I just thought this was too funny not to share ...

SCHAUMBURG, IL—The Museum of the Middle Class, featuring historical and anthropological exhibits addressing the socioeconomic category that once existed between the upper and lower classes, opened to the public Monday.

Above: A waitress from Chicago learns what the middle class was.

"The splendid and intriguing middle class may be gone, but it will never be forgotten," said Harold Greeley, curator of the exhibit titled "Where The Streets Had Trees' Names." "From their weekend barbecues at homes with backyards to their outdated belief in social mobility, the middle class will forever be remembered as an important part of American history."

Museum guests expressed delight over the traditions and peculiarities of the middle class, a group once so prevalent that entire TV networks were programmed to satisfy its hunger for sitcoms.

"It's fascinating to think that these people once drove the same streets as we do today," said Natasha Ohman, a multi-millionaire whose husband's grandfather invented the trigger-safety lock on handguns. "I enjoyed learning how the middle class lived, what their customs were, and what sorts of diversions and entertainment they enjoyed. Being part of this middle class must have been fascinating!"

The middle class is so gauche and passe' these days. I had to step out of it to avoid clinical depression it was getting so bad back in the 80s.

I did not say saggy. They have an amazing damping coefficent and a fairly natural bounce - quite lovely. If they were real I'd be suffering brain damage. Yes I like it. I also liked the animated gif one Randy has too. This kind of stuff never use to phase me but I can tell you over time it gets to ya. Ahhh the good ol days, sigh, I use to take this stuff for granted and saw it routinely on the beach where I grew up.

Sorry, read it quickly. You said siggy, and I thought you said saggy. It happens.

No problem. She looks like she is having a good time and is rather delighted to be amusing herself. Clearly this is a newly installed toy and she is just now exploring the bouncy feel and learning new tricks. I suppose she will eventually get around to discovering how to toss em over her shoulder when she jogs to avoid giving herself a black-eye. That's the old silicon sister trick I use to watch the professional strippers do at the beach when they went out for their morning jogs.
