Regional info. Any decent gyms in the Seattle/Eastside area?
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com Hey guys,
I couldn't find an appropriate forum for regional questions so I figured that the noob one was the best place. Anyone know of a gym in the Bothel, Woodinville, Redmond, or even Seattle area that caters more to lifting and less to 45 year old, 5 pound curling, Jon Tesh listening, fat ass spandex wearing clientelle? Thanks, Casey |

I am from the area, but haven't worked out ther in 5 years.
Like most places in the U.S. there are a lot of "fitness centers" that focus on people who want to lose body fat %, but claim they want to lose "weight." I went to the YMCA, which had lots of free weights, benches, a squat rack, cables, and nautilus. |
