ok, i can waste so much time(literally a whole afternoon) looking in the photo gallery.

its really inspirational, to see everyones different transformations, or where they are currently, and then theres "the best" pics from competetions too.

Im hoping to compete as a natural bodybuilder in a few years. So Im just going to post pics as the years go by, and not worry about all this journal crap. you guys at IM are so dramatic sometimes, but it is a great place w great people.

So anyways, what I was really going to ask you .......i guess i should get someone really close to me to take the pictures, But what do you say to them? what its for? i dunno i guess im just not comfortable posing for a camera yet. the thought of it scares me........

^Exactly, jut get a digicam with a timer, most are 10sec.

The absolute best way to take pics is to put a mirror behind a camera on a tripod and pose then use a remote control to snap it or a timed shutter.
