Maybe, but you dont know squat about tasers. Which is the point I was making. Would I hit a 12yo with one? Absolutly! If it meant saving my life or theirs. Theyv been testing these things on animals for 20 years and if its never harmed a 50lb dog then whats the chance of it harming a 12 yo kid? OK I just read the story. And I dont care of you have 12 PHDs, fry yourself every day, and have a obsessive compulsion with turning lights on and off, if you never used a taser, or had one used on yourself, then you dont know a thing about them.
