Where did you hear it?

"Cock blocked" means that someone did something that prevented you from getting a piece of ass.
Ex. "Damn, Iwas about to get some, but I was cock-blocked by ...."

I always liked the term "cock blocked" but I feel like 9 out of 10 times it's used just for the sake of using it and then it loses all its effect.

Ah you young guys know he value of a good wing man - excellent. The problem with wing men though is they take a lot of flak and sometimes have to die for their country so to speak and go down in flames to close the deal. Then they usually turn on ya and want a shot or two at the real McCoy as a service reward and then it gets ugly.

This term is used often in some parts of NYC. At least that's where I hear it most with people in Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx

We use it all the time because L.A. is home of the cock blockers. It happens everytime we go out.
