    Hi Luke,

You could NOT BE more wrong about me. If you worked with me everyday you would know me much better. TRUST ME I DO NOT have "limp" wrists nor do I "flail" my hands while talking. Just to let you know, I own my own farm (150 acres) and I work construction - every day. I work honestly and I work hard very hard. The same applies to my bodybuilding. While some tend to "cheat" either themselves or others - I do NOT.

Please please listen to me - this is from the heart. You need to very quickly research and get very familiar with some Catholic Prophesy generally contained within the subject area called: "The Three Days of Darkness" . This insight has been evolving for many years (even centuries) from a combination of sources, visions and apparitions. I have my own personal manuscripts but there is much of the essential information available from the internet since I do not believe the original book works are still published. I do not know the pedigree of this site but here is a link to get you started (see paragraph 25: http://www.aculink.net/~catholic/events.htm or directly to http://www.aculink.net/~catholic/darkness.htm). The essential parts can be understood in less than an hour of reading. I do not want to scare you but I'd rather you be scared into the reality of what is transpiring and for you to find a way to survive than suffer the consequence of being uninformed and unprepared. There is good in each person. This is not a game John. This is the only warning I can give you and it may be your last opportunity to prepare for what is coming. This will change your life (I hope).

    OD
    Hi OD,

The Catholic Church has a LOT of soul-searching to do. They NEED to look at their past - and present - honestly. While some might "consider them" to be a "huge" "organization" that does not mean what they "say" is truthful or accurate just because they have "followers". "Followers" are ususally people who "just accept" and never DO their own homework. Question IS a part of that homework.

I grew up in a Catholic family and I can tell you I learned a lot - and I can also tell you there is a lot they are very wrong about. They sure like passing the collection basket and they sure like to build buildings and they are sure rich but they completely miss people and their basic needs from all perspectives. There is a HUGE VOID between "religion" and God (Whoever you perceive Him to be).

You should up the font, bold, italisize, and underline it too then

Ask Mr. Rob D. if there's a way to make it "flash" as well....

    Hi Luke,

I do not expect that we would agree on everything. I do hope you WILL DO your very best in Bodybuilding - because I KNOW you CAN - GUARANTEED. You and I - truthfully - will be on the same page in that area at least. And when you ARE - YOUR VERY BEST (EACH fiber, EVERY fiber of EVERY MUSCLE) you will then at least know me in some way truthfully. I am WORKING HARD to do that FOR myself and those that care about me. I know it IS the one gift a MAN can give himself. BE your best ALWAYS - you will be damn glad! Trust me!

    Take Care (Honestly), John H.

    Hi Luke,

Honestly, that is one thing I will probably never be very good at - computers. You are "lucky" (some certainly would think not) that I can even post because with computers I am VERY "illiterate" and do not have "many skills" - and for someone to show me is one thing but to remember if I do not use them all the time I would probably not remember. So I do it by the "old" method - I just type what I mean...

    Honestly, Take Care, John H.

Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.

The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do.
