I know there has to be some U2 fans out there
U2's new album, "How to Dismantle An Atomic Bomb," comes out in the States on Tuesday. I've listened to all the new tracks and it is an amazing album. Anyone else plan on buying it?
Also, anyone see them on SNL last night? U2 totally stole the end of the show when they just started playing.

U2 is one of my fav. bands. One of the few that both my father and I agree on. In fact, we went to a concert together during the Elevation tour. Heh, the opening band was No Doubt and he actually liked them too.....of course, he was hitting the wine, so lol, that might be why.
i love track 7![]()

Sometimes I worry because my boyfriend is absolutely OBSESSED with Bono? I mean...he tries to dress like him. I don't know how healthy it is...how do you feel about Bono?
Bono is great, and your boyfriend sounds like a cool guy.Originally Posted by serveitup

U2 has some great music but Bono is a self-righteous 'holier than thou' rock god.
Atleast....he thinks he is.....

Brad Nowells cover of 'Sunday, Bloody Sunday' is more moving than their version,
but I have yet to hear someone outdo them on "Bullet The Blue Sky".
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012
