A lawyer for Adrian Poffley, 26, argued Monday that his client sent the e-mail death threats because he had stopped taking medication for depression and anxiety...
He then sent an e-mail to the courthouse stating "Jackson will not make it to his car. This is a promise. By the way, bulletproof vests are weakest under the arm."
After the appearance, Poffley sent a second message.
"The cop in the green suit and blue shirt was in the way. Maybe next time," it said.

jacko already killed himself, hes already dead inside man, he is just digusting, should have used all that money for supps to be a stud. but i guess being "white" and falling apart is cooler to him... oh, and, oh yeah, that guy is a tumbass......
Either the guy is a total computer tard or he wanted to get caught. Some people need the negative attention. Regardless of whether he has a desire to get caught he is in need of some help. If someone steped in now and gave him a check up from the neck up followed by medication and observation he may get stable.
Of course we could do the world a favor and catch him just AFTER he knocks off Jackson.
