    I was flicking through the channels on TV last night and happend to catch the ending of Raw. He looks a lot better than when i first saw him. His waist looks a lot more cut down and there's no more unsightly buldging abdominals. His chest seems larger and more proportional to his shoulders now also.

    Damn Straight its the big Dogg Arnold he's the best and the reason i got into working out in the first place i wanted to be as big as him as far back as i can remember. Ill never be him but at least i have something to work for!!!!

    Well dang, I will certainly take that as a compliment. He's not my cousin, thats just wishfull thinking on my part. But I do get enough comparisons to him to boost my ego . His look/physique IS my goal (hopefully by this summer the way Im goin) but at least I got the beard!! WOOHOOOO!!



    Sad to say I havent seen him since I dont have cable, but I do watch Smackdown religiously and they have the Raw Rewind. Also I frequent his website a lot, www.demon-wrestling.com. From what little Ive seen, yeah, he does look better.
