Hi,
would anyone be able to help me with supplements? I'm just totally confusedon what should I take (too much choice available!). I go regularly to the gym (i.e. 3-4 times a week for 40 - 60 min each time) and would like to find something for burning excess fat (I'm not fat tho - 186cm, 82kg - but would like leaner muscles and lose a couple of kgs) and something to increase muscle volume without gaining weight... and nothing dangerous as I don't really normally like to take supplements (bad experience
). ...
Thanks if anyone could help me..![]()

Thanks a lot Mate.. much appreciated.

Please take it seriously. It really is 90% diet. You can expirement with all the supp's in the world and spend TONS OF MONEY. It's not worth it buddy. Nail down the diet.

Thanks. I will keep that in mind. I'm not a supplement fan anyway (never took any). I'm much more a diet/natural way fan. I was only looking at supplements because I would like to just topup now and get leaner muscle (this excess fat I don;t seem to be able to get rid of). Thats all really. again thanks

Again, diet. What's your goal?Originally Posted by gaucherp

goal is:
1- Leaner muscle
2- excess fat (but understand I'm no fat 1m86 for 81 kg)

Yea, that's like 6'2" @ 178lbs. What do you mean by "lean muscle"? Less intramuscular fat? what's your training like? Diet? Look at the stickies on each forum. There's TONs of info on this site.
