Cant stay out of the gym

Alright so my favorite place to be right now is in the gym. I obviously want to be in my favorite place a lot right. What can you do on days when your body just isnt supposed to pick up weight or pull/push your self?.....All i got is abs right now any suggestions. Maybe some incline slow tradmill to get the heart working a little. Or should i just deprive my self of going and wait till the next day?

If you're that desperate to be there, just hang out in the lockeroom, sniffing people's lockers. See how many unique odors of bodily functions you can identify.

I love training and all but I think I would learn to dislike it if I was there anymore than I already am. Good things should be in moderation as well.

I'm getting ready to quit my gym. I've been building up equipment @ home for a while, and finally think I'm ready.

Besides, with January coming up the gym will be packed again. I hate waiting in lines
