What a great way to blow out your back. I spent plenty of my younger years doing stuff like that but when you get older, you stop doing it one way or another.

that is what they used to do before they had power racks and squat racks. if you read a book on the history of weight lifting they talk about it.

It is not squats. This guys almost pulled a Vieope. He just missed the rolling and the jumping part of the movement.
