    Injury and Showers

Ok, I know to apply warm moist heat to my elbow before working out (tendonitis) and to ice it immediately following the w/o. My question is I usually shower about 20 min after working out, should I not take a hot or warm shower? The worst thing for my elbow is heat after a w/o and here I am taking a hot shower. Never thought about it before. Just wondering what people's thoughts are on this.
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain...

Why not just hang out for a while before showering? Or try to keep it out of the water, except for a quick rinse? Then maybe ice it again after showering?

Just some ideas floating outta my head...

Well I'm usually rushing to get out and shower to get to work. I'll try keeping it out but I'm wondering if even the elevated temp from the shower and moisture in the air would affect it. I took a cold shower today just in case.

No offense, but do you ever contribute to training, diet, supplements, or anything workout related? I've only seen you post in sexual health and open chat. Mostly, you seem to talk about WWE too. Afterall, this is predominately a bodybuilding and fitness forum.
