Not really I grew up there and can remember day's where you'd sweat sitting in the shade moving nothing but your eyeballs. I think it has more to do with the fact that they will not be covering up in winter clothes. I live in Colorado so naturally during the winter people wear a lot more clothes and tend to gain some weight. Then spring/summer comes around and people know that they will be wearing less clothes, shorts, going swimming, etc. so they are compelled to get in shape. Originally Posted by Monster Mayhem

No they do fly overs and anyone they can make out from a mile up they tally. Bodybuilders are often miscalculated in this method.
