Anthony ellis
Anyone ever buy his book or be a member of his forum?
I did. Great for newbies, I guess, but nothing to write home about. Actually I like his fat loss tips in his book better. Im using the idea of doing cardio on an empty stomach and avoding HIIT and doing light weight training sessions. I did HIIT in the past and it makes me feel overtrained and doing cardio with eating something right before doesn't cause fat mobilization. He lost a lot of fat real quick so Im following his advice. Its pretty crazy how much mass he gained though. He gained 3 lbs even when he lost 5.5 lbs of fat in his last 2 weeks of his 12 week bodyforlife challenge. He has some insane muscle building genetics. Ive always been suspicious though considering gaining that much muscle and losing 5.5 lbs of fat(where he even gained 3 lbs of muscle in that same 2 weeks he lost 5.5 lbs of fat) in 12 weeks seems impossible without help. I know in the video there was a question of him not passing the lie detector test. In teh forum he said he never used steroids but he said he had used androstenedione in another post of his on some other thread and he didn't like the hair loss etc so he stopped using it. |

initially he was malnurished and overtraining then he finaly decided to read a book and he gained weight. he made some of the biggest newbie mistakes. his book isn't worth the paper it's printed on.
