    What is your resting heart rate

    Mine is 56. I got measured this morning, and that was right after a 20oz coffee.

    Between 52-56 BPM taken immediately upon waking.

    wow everyone with such low resting heart rates. I have never checked mine when I first wake up maybe I will and see if there is a difference.

    Probably, I did mine three mornings in a row, it's said to be more accurate, mine was the same each day, then one night in class we had to take it before doing some cardio, after a rather large coffee and eca stack it was 72!
    I can see now why eca works so well!!!

    69 this was taken late in the day after dinner so i will retake when i get up in morning

    also ive cut cardio out of my routine completely as was told best thing to do cause cardio obviously burns of what i want to put on is that good idea or should i do it once a week? cheers

    Hmmm.. I guess not too bad.

    It's been in the 30's during sleep before... (borrowed a friends HRM for fun )
    5' 10", 173lbs of (almost) pure muscle.

    Wow, 30 is low, apparently Lance Armstrong's resting heart rate is 30!
