We all want to get out of there. But we're getting the job done, as the voting turnout demonstrates.

I find it odd that you're using CNN as your source....

I often hear conservatives refer to CNN as the communist news network
unless of course they're reporting news that is conducive to conservative
idealogy

It used to be the Clinton News Network. There all a bunch of ho's ... news outlets controlled by an agenda rather then the reporting of the news itself. Ho's. All of 'em.

I watch Fox News Channel. For the web, I feel CNN has the best website. If FNC had a better organization to their website, I would definitely switch.

edit.. btw I rarely look at CNN.com's political stories for just that reason.

QUOTE]

What kind of SUV do you drive? Or how do you like heating your home. Of course its doesnt matter if your a Greenpeace walker who lives on tofu on a warm Pacific Island. An interruption in our oil supplys would have a catastrophic trickle down effect on our entire economy. Even Micheal Moore and Ted Kennedy would suffer. Nobody could drive to watch Fatsos movies, or would have the cash to do so. And Teddy wouldnt be able to drive secretaries into rivers.

However the rich are fairly insulated from economic shock. As are their kids from military service.

Bottom line? Oil is one of the few good reasons there are to fight.........................I salute the brave Iraqis for going to those polling places today........................Rich

They've already killed quite a few political figures over there. What you're being is factual.

Having said that, a 72% voter turn out it pretty damn good. I hope they can keep it going.

Come to think of it, this isn't so good. Under Saddam, they had a 100% voter turn out.
