obviously you can be a personal trainer, but I am unsure of what else you are asking about.
your best bet would be to get a bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology and go from there.
Hey,
i live in Toronto, Canada.
I really neeed to make a decision on a career in my life. I did some research briefly on monster.ca, where i had looked for jobs relating to fitness training. Location is important b/c i really do not want to move elsewhere to find a job.
I got 2 results.... 1 of which was irrelavant.
You guys got any suggestions in a good paying job that is in demand or atleast will be in the next 4 years, relating to health and fitness.
post them and their salaries here
thanks

Boxer's fight alot.
Bouncers see alot of fights.
Cop's see fights too.
Maybe you'll get better search results if you type "fitness related jobs"![]()
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012
Salaried jobs in fitness and health are very rare and usually the salaries suck anyway. I worked in corporate fitness for my first two years and the salary range was $25,000 to $45,000 maxed out if you stuck around long enough. If you get into managing a club or corporate you usually start around $30. But you need experience to do that. General managers (meaning in charge of several clubs) make anywhere from 50 to 80 grand - but again, you would have to have years of experience.
The real money is in starting your own company and building it up, or doing enough part time work to make it lucrative. My trainer works less than 20 hours a week but he makes over $100 an hour because he's one of the best at what he does. And I'm making more than I did working in corporate working half the hours as a trainer, but it's taken me years to get to that point.
If you want to get into it for money, get into sales. That's the fastest way to make a buck.
Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.
The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do.
