Come on man.... why do we have to see this crap....

That and the elite fitness books. What a waste man! They STILL owe me my bf calipers. We all know it's a joke. It makes the place look bad.

Give 'em a break. He has a business to run. Besides, I'm sure that guy really did gain 30 lbs of muscle and lose fat in twelve months using secrets that only he has yet to discover. I'm going to buy a copy. No one said you had to look it at. Maybe he eats his wheaties.

You bought into it before. You didn't become a freak in 12 weeks with the secrets in that ebook with free calipers?

    Why the angst?

"Gained 52 lbs In 10 Weeks!"
"To update you, things are going pretty well at this point. I'm getting a lot of great comments from everyone that knows me about how different I look already...

"A couple of folks in the office said my arms got significantly bigger in just the last week (measurements say ―" on the biceps in that time, yes!).

"My weight bounced back on Wednesday and should be over 230 tonight, making a 32 to 34 lbs. increase in 6 weeks."

[4 weeks later] "Just thought I'd give you a 10 week update on my progress on your program. I maxed out last week at a weight of 250. A 52 lbs. gain from starting the program."

The legs are what caught my eye first. Look as the size difference.

It just looks as if the first photo is a bit over-exposed.

The frist photo looks like there is a thin black outline around it and its copied over a pure white background with no contrast or shadow, just white.
