I want to assume for the sakes of keeping the average human IQ above 50 that, someone else shot him.. but that he had the gun to take pictures of, and the fact that the entry would was on the INSIDE of his hand makes me think otherwise..

Im confused on how we know it was a kid??
The hand is a bit fat(like a kid's), and the exit wound is gigantic, but that could be explained between that bf% of the person, and of course the swelling from a gigantic flesh wound/hole in the hand..
The size of the wound compared to the size of the hand could lead one to believe its a small hand, but Im pretty sure a .45 hollow tip could do that to a grown man's hand.
Also, the palm's lines were pretty defined, and looked like an older person's hand..
Im guessing its an older guy.. a really stupid older guy..

Two things Chain Link.
1st I gree with you that is an older person at least past his mid twenties. The palm does show his age even with the swelling ... maybe we're wrong ... look at the scars and age of the guy's forarm in this image but I doubt it.
2nd that clip is farkin hilarious. What a Johnnny that dude was to drop his gun on the counter ...
... surprised he didn't fall down on the way out the door.
