I haven't played San Andreas (I don't own a console), but I think that Vice City is one of the best games ever created. How many games have you tooling along on a crotch rocket just checking out the sights?

On X-mas eve 1990 I handled a homicide of a little girl who had been beaten to a pulp by her professional bodybuilder father. This guy was so big we had to get ankle bracelets to fit around his wrists. The mother, who was terrified of this guy, finally admitted that the guy had beaten the girl daily while leaving the other two youngest kids alone. He also beat mommy a lot. She later testified that He'd been using steroids for over 20 years and had, over time, gone from being an easy going guy to a demented lunatic. On X-mas eve 1990 he finally snapped and beat his little daughter so bad that if we have been unable to find her vagina we wouldn't have known if it was a boy or girl.

She had the prettiest china blue eyes too. I remember that, her staring at me on that hospital gurney before I closed them and took her to the morgue.

Anyone that thinks roid rage doesn't exist is living in some bodybuilder never,neverland. I have personally observed it in acquaintances on numerous occasions. Tho I would call it more of a "personality change disorder". Not that any of them saw it in themselves mind you. Then again how many drunks and "other" drug users do you know admit to having a problem?

A pro by what name, whats the report number, you took the body to the morgue? Were you a detective back then? Got busted down to traffic patrol? Did i ONCE EVER get the urge to do it in person or b/c i played have significant training to do that shit in real life?

...oh and btw rich, in the game there are consequences for killing people, so if kids really had their behavior patterned after the game like you say, then they would also take in the fact that when you even strike a cop, the entire force comes after you. The set up road blocks and traps for you. Once you get going enough with the trouble the Feds and eventually the US army come after you in tanks with soldiers droppin from choppers poppin you. You get arrested or shot, so isn't that a pretty accurate reflection of what happens when you kill people randomly? Isn't that a good deterant if infact kids are learning from the game? The fact of the matter is that a person of normal health does not play a game or watch a movie and become a killer, its just not how it works son. The people that do act out, the problem stemms far deeper than simply being bored and ipressionable. These people suffered trauma and chaos, as well as neglection and abandonment as children, growing up in unstable homes so maybe we should be focusing on the root of the problem here, eh jackass, or we could just blame some random thing like you do right..

Flex how old are you? really? I have more then a clue. I have almost 5 decades of life on this planet and frankly in those years Ive seen a consistent,ongoing breakdown of acceptable social norms and attitudes. The breakdown of the family, drug use, babies sucked out of wombs, kids being raised with no values or discipline, empty churches........I could go on for hours.

Most troubling to me, and one as a cop Ive observed most frequently, has been the steady de-huminization of violence in our entire society. Children today are raised in media controlled atmospheres of graphic sex and violence that people couldn't even imagine when I was a kid. I like the naked woman pics here but I truly believe hard core pornography degrades woman. And I also believe the media violence machine also victimizes woman.

In the latter half of my career I'm coming across juvenile monsters so filled with hate and violence, their crimes so abhorrent, Ive given a lot of time to thinking what are the causes of this disease. The main one is "liberalism", and right there with it are the violence peddlers. The same whores and pimps that proclaim themselves Liberals are the same pieces of shit that hold the controls to the media machine that no parent can completely insulate their children from. Even I cant!

But one thing I can do is be home every night and supervise my child. Of course that wont protect him if one of these little monsters decides to shoot up his school ,or decides hes wearing the wrong jacket on the street, but I do the best I can. Unfortunately this disease called Liberalism has also taught people a marriage vow means nothing, parenthood should be optional, and fucking me!me!me!me!me!me!

I have nothing against the lawful application of violence. Ive done it many times myself. I cant even begin to imagine what kind of demented asshole would even think of such a thing, let alone post it. For the others here the mother was afraid to go to the hospital, she was spoken to later, and the father refused to talk to us initially. Not that it matters. Police officers always examine bodies after death because they become evidence.

Consider the source. This game is why Rich baned a kid from his home. In his post as he discussed the situation he called the 10 year old kid a cocksucker and a lil motherfucker for bringing the game over. He was actually baby sitting the poor child at the time.
