even weight gain
I'm 6'1 and have bitch ankles and penis wrists.
I'm a good weight, but I'd just like to be even throughout as opposed to having deposits of odd muscle and fat. Even if i load up on carbs it seems that I cant get rid of those thin wrists. What I'm asking I guess is what to eat or do for an even weight gain as opposed to gaining in areas. suggestions? And I have tried working forearms and calves but no real thickness. Just more veins spruce out adding to my penewristia. |
