Thread: Is 4 years enough?

WHAT THE FUCK. They all just stand there. NO four years is not enough. The women should be charged with assault as well for hitting him, and for spitting in the pizza guys face. Also the people that just stood there while this happened should be charged for failing to aid a victim. People wonder why I say this world sucks ass.

I doubt any of those people could do anything to stop him. But it sucks that they pretended like nothing was going on.

Hmm.. there's a longer version of the video, and the lady keeps saying "did you hear what he just said?" So I think it was probably something offensive.. Still, the dude didnt deserve that. After he was down I would definately said something to that black guy. Also, the black dude was on probation at the time I believe, so he will be going away for quite some time. The lady is also getting an assault charge.

Wow, what a mess. That pizza joint will be sued, I guarantee that. If I would have seen that shit I happen, I like to think i would have done something. Not so much to his face, moreso by jumping on the big dudes back and choking his ass out. If I were the dude getting hit, after the first punch I would have went downstairs and connected with an uppercut then stomped his ass after he fell. People feel hitting in the nuts is wrong, but no more wrong than someone beating the hell out of someone 100lbs lighter than them. I also feel the best way to make up a 100lbs differential is in this equation...

Everyone just stood there looking at a guy getting beaten down. Seems like all the white boys were afraid of the black guy beating them down too....

4 years? He didn't kill him, so I guess they didn't give him more time. I say give him 10 for that. Maybe the guy didn't have any priors....

How can you just stand there and watch someone get beat, I don't care if he deserves it or not after the person shows no signs of fighting back it's time to stop the attacker. I saw some bouncers drag a guy out of a club once and beat him and after I noticed he was out cold I stepped up cause enough was enough. If I hadn't grabbed the main attacker in a chokehold he would've stomped right on the guy's face, luckily the cops came right at the moment I stepped in and knew I was preventing a murder, they told me to get away before the other bouncers thought I was part of it.

not any more ... people don't care what happens as long as they are harmed. Personally I would have tried to stop the swinging before it got there. Take the big man and tell him he would have wiped the floor with that guy. Go to the other guy and say Is it really worth it? The ole saying goes, you gotta pick your fights ... someone stepping in front of you in a pizza joint just isn't worth the extra 3 minute wait.

I'm not sure I wouldn't have hit the woman for getting in my face like that.

If I was there, there would have been some definite ball damage to that guy.

I once stepped in to defend a friend who was getting cut with a straight razor by a goon, I wound up getting have my neck sliced. I had 30 stitches inside my neck and 35 out my neck. At least she survived a year before they successfully killed her.

She should do at least 2 years for being a stupid instigating bitch.

thats why im gonna get me a gun when i turn 21 cause there just crazy people out there that deserve to be shot....

She used to hang out with these colombian drug dealers and I believe she was stealing coke from them. She would come to the bar with a sandwhich bag half full with coke every week.

I never really knew the full details but one week these 2 guys cornered her in the bar we hung out at and I went over to help her as she was getting cut I put the guy in a full nelson and the very second I turned to look at the other guy guy he slashed me on my neck.

I didn't even feel the cut,All I felt was cold air on my neck then I felt it warm (it was the blood that felt warm) my knees buckled I got up and saw my self covered in blood.
I went to the mirror and saw my veins (scary) .

He stabbed 5 people that night and as great a justice system we have they only gave him 2 years in prison.

Anyway she was killed a year later at a school yard with a shot gun, she was only 16.

The fucked up part is that the D.A. knew what the whole deal was about but the defense lawyer made us seem like the criminals. So I guess he convinced the jury.

I was 16 she was 15 at the time of the stabbing, one guy who was sleeping at the bar stool woke up only to get slashed across his face the very second he raised his head was in his mid 40's..................

Simple, my best freinds mother worked as a bartender. We used to get free liquor all night long, free beer and black berry brandy.
I did look older than I was than again no one cared. We used to go there from thursday to sunday and get wasted.

The best thing is that he is probably going to do 4 years for a dumb bitch with an attitude problem that is going to sleep with his best friend while he's in there. If it so happens that he makes it out of prison, I hope he walks in on his girl getting gang banged, and the guy pulls a gun and gut shoots the piece of shit.
