Thread: [HELP] With some computer geeks :)

Hey all, on a great computer based forum i post on there is someoen asking about excercising - i think there might be some miss-leading info - possbly from myself as well but i hope not.

Would anyone be so kind as to may run over to this forum and help out?

Well, I registered and am trying to jump to that forum but I get the following:
