Ruhl is awesome! Defenitly one of my favs. I was there for that routine. He is just so big in real life that pictures don't do him justice. He moves well to the music and for a big guy it is nicely choreographed and in time. Where as most of the guys, cough Jay Cutler cough, have shitty posing routines and don't move at all.

I really agree with this - Markus comes across as a genuinely fun person to be around, and Cutler is indeed a mediocre poser.

I wanna see the routine Melvin Anthony did at the Arnold that got such rave reviews.

Too bad he smokes....I bet he already breathes hard just walking around
I mean look at his stomach go in and out during the routine ( and i dont mean when he's flexing his abs...)
So when you throw smoking into the equation...He's gonna suffocate in his sleep one day soon

I don't know why everyone wants to point out the fact that you can see a gut (when he takes a breath) as he is walking to the front of the stage to begin or walking away. I mean, when you are that lean, anytime you even take a breath your stomach will distend a bit or if you slouch a bit you will see it stick out. Whether you are on drugs or not (even though they don't help). I mean, it happens to me too if I am lean and not focusing on pulling it in. I think he does a great job of controlling it through the routine. Ofcourse he is breathing hard. He is severly depleted and dehydrated and posing is no joke, that is hard work. Especially at the size these guys are at. Their VO2 max has to be so high with that much muscle i would imagine. thier oxygen intake is huge!
