Wow, never been to that board before. It looked to me after being on it for five minutes it was all a big sales pitch for personal training from some guy named Bobo. Does anyone buy personal training over the internet?

There is some interesting stuff there, but you have to wade through a lot of not-so-interesting stuff to find it.
