maybe im just un informed but i thought he stoped being one when he started juicing but looking at his.... he is still one heheh and now he is eating luch like a pound of chicken hehe

There is no federally mandated rule for testing those in the force. It costs money as well, if they suspect someone they have the option of doing so. If they would rather look the other way, then they do so.

And with Ronnie, they obviously looked the other way, and then some.
It certainly casts a cloud of doubt on everybody above him, as it should be quite evident to them what he was doing and they refused to do anything. All of his superiors are guilty of being both hypocrites and dirty cops. The lack of integrity through out his chain of command is truly amazing.

I think its remotely possible that some of them truly didn't know
but who knows. I still talk to people that think you can get huge without gear, it just takes longer. But even with 10 years or so under someones belt on juice, it may take that long and they still may not go pro.
