    Question to think about...

Let me ask you guys something. What made you want to put yourself through hell eating crappy meals and lifting in pain everyday? Like after training for about 2 months, i just stopped and wondered why i am doing this. I am looking at all these people around me who's out enjoying regular foods at restaurants and drive-throughs at a fast food place and most are generally fat. It pisses me off to see someone eating a big beefy burger for dinner or a combo of waffles, pancakes, chocolate milk, homemade fries etc.. for breakfast and i am eating oats and bananas, veggies, chicken every fricken day. Why did i choose to be part 1% of the population to eat a strict diet and lift? I always think about going back to my normal lifestyle when i used to eat crap all day but i never got fat. I'm always debating between having good looks with nice abs, bicep, shoulders, pecs, quads compared to having an average look but eating anything i want.

It's a tough pick so what about you guys?

Sounds like an easy answer to me.

Why does it piss you off? They sit in their stretch pants with a sweat line down their bulging ass mowing on a cheeseburger... you envy that?

After a few more months, I promise you that you will not want that shit food anymore. I use to eat it all the time, but now even the smell makes me sick.

Bottom line, no one's twisting your arm to do anything. No one ever said it was easy.. but that's the beauty of it. Nothing better than the feeling of accomplishment. In the summer when you're on the beach shredded, they will be the ones envying your banana & bowl of oatmeal.
