Should I trust
Buy.com for a new cell phone? Has anybody dealt with them?
I am basically worried about too much hassle if the phone is defective or breaks or if I have any other problem.I can do it
I WILL be a size 5.

I've purchased several things from them. In fact, I just recieved a set of Yamaha Stereo Speakers from them over the weekend. I've never recieved anything "defective" from them. Nothing but good experiences to report here.
