Pride has nothing to do with this. We are talking about the molesting of a child WHICH I ABHORE!!!!!!!!!! COMPLETELY AND TOTALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Having said that WE MUST BE ABSOLUTELY SURE NEAR AS POSSIBLE before we condemn someone. I would if they could not be jailed find a way to follow their EVERY MOVE and if I were there when they attempted ANYTHING with a child..........................................

Falsely accused people certainly should not be punished or put to death either. It has happened and even their accusors have been wrong.

Jail the perp 'till the victom comes of age to decide the punishment ... then follow up on that decision. There would of course need to be a set of controls in place to prevent more molestation.

life in prison... maximum prison and let them feel what it's like to be molested and raped for the rest of their life!

20 years first offense, there's always loopholes where one girl will have been statuatorily raped but she'll be a month away from legal sex or something while the sex wa sconsensual. Then life in prison or death on the second offense, those sick basatrds.

This thread is not about statutory rape...its child molesters 13 or 14 and younger...20 years...wow you could become a senator...Would you give the baby rapists HBO and a weight room???

yea, i think child, child rapists shuld get life or death, pref. crucifiction upside down.

as for consensual statuatory rape, i think that hasta go case by case.
