You would be hard pressed to get someone in trouble after one incidence. You would most likely have to issue a warning and let authorities know and they would notify the perpetrater with a warning. It also depends on the nature of the "compliment" and the relationship of the victim and the perpetrator.

I have seen some things on television that seems a little bit too much, people suing for nothing.

I hope those women don´t ever come to south america. I´m shy and polite but that doesn´t stop me from flirting with everybody I get a chance.

It depends. I remember when I was in school if a girl said she was feeling sexually harrassed for any reason (even just one look), the guy would automatically be suspended, no questions asked. Then they would decide if they should expell him. Its bullshit.

Sexual comments or gestures are more than just flirting for most people.

My friend got expelled because when he broke up with his girlfriend she got mad and said he sexually harassed her like a month later, just to get him in trouble.

Yeah, if you are a guy in school, you have a shit deal. Any girl who feels a little angry can get you completely screwed.
