I have seen one, the other night when i was driving my girlfriend home we saw something that didnt look like ur average aircraft you see flying around in the sky, however in saying that i wouldnt automatically get carried away with assuming its a flying saucer. The only thing i could i can think of is that it was a military craft of some kind, there is a navy base where i live so its reasonable to say that it could be something from there. The only thing that made me think otherwise was of the way it was moving...

want a funny story? i was down in cancun over spring break (well, about 30 miles south of cancun on a resort) and 5 of us were out on the beach relaxing at like 2 in the morning. we were just laying around, and then my one friend said "hey, look, its a shooting star" so we all looked up. suddenly, the "shooting star" turned a quick 180, zipped back the other way, zipped around again, came back, shot off to the side at a 90 degree angle, then zigzagged its way around until we lost track of it.

we have no idea what the hell it was. and we all saw it, and were all sober. all we know is that it wasnt man-made - nothing can move like that. its rate of acceleration and deceleration and quick directional changes would seriously be in excess of 100 times the force of gravity. 9 is enough to black out all but the most talented pilots. it was absolutely phenomenal.

i dont really believe in UFOs, but this thing, whatever it was, was no human craft. it was no bug or anything like that. it was pure insanity.

found out later that the yucitan peninsula of mexico is one of the earth's hotspots for UFO sightings.

I don't know about UFO's but I certainly believe in other life existing in the Universe.

Why is it that people always assume they will be more intelligent than us? Sure some races/species will be, but there must be some that are much more stupid than us. Give humans some credit!

The reason why this is assumed is because if we had visitors come to our planet, they would need to posess the technology to travel at a speed greater than that of light, meaning they would have proven the space time continuum rather than just theorized it. So any civilization that can travel faster than the speed of light has far superior technology to our own, and are much smarter.

Most scientists will tell you they believe in other world lifeforms, whether we are being visted tho is a different story. They say that there isnt enough hard evidence to suggest that there they are. photographing lights in the sky and unusual objects doesnt mean much...in fact today its so easy to fake a sighting just by jumping on your computer and using photoshop and other programs to create a hoax.

However in the past when technology like that wasnt around there has been video and photos of objects that really leave you wondering...
