seen a doctor? howd that happen! sorry to hear it

Am I the only person who's tongue seems to get bigger when I am getting sick? And I keep biting it so that doesnt make it feel any better!

i thought for a second you might have had it pierced. my daughter wants hers done n is trying to convince me to join her.

supposedly the tongue is very painless to pierce. i am extremely sceptical....

not terribly painful to pierce but definitely not really comfortable during the first few days of healing (at least in my experience). it does improve really quickly and heals fast....but i seem to remember having a semi-miserable 2-3 days.

I guess it depends on the person. I had mine done years back and I was able to talk normally that same day. I had very little swelling. As for pain, again, everyone is different. I barely felt mine, but my wife almost had a break down.

I meant she almost started to cry the piercing hurt so much.

i just watched Tesla get her's pierced. she just sort of flinched for a second and said "you lied" to the girl who pierced it. it did hurt apparently , but a minute later she was running to the park to show it off to her friends all happy and smiling as usual.
