In about 10 minutes on MTV they are unveiling the new XBOX, rumored to be called XBOX 360. Should be interesting. Showing the new system & games for it. Take a look

Sorry guys, but xbox took over and sony will never catch up. Xbox is faster then ps2 and it has better graphics and gameplay. The only thing that sucks about the video game world is they come out with systems to fast and I can't keep up getting money and buying them all. I just got a PSP

I wonder the real potential of the awesome hardware we have today. Something like with deep blue power. We all know those video games are fast but they are still made for the public and commercial usage.
I think people from IBM could do some good stuf with a lot of money.
Like one really big computer in the center of the earth and it would be connected to the sky. So everybody would play. Sweet.

Hrmm, XBOX is pretty good... but we'll have to see what happens with the new cell chip that everyone is talking about, codeveloped between IBM, Sony, etc, wasnt it? Perhaps it'll take video games to the next stage.
I'm not a huge console fan, I enjoy my PC

not only that but the ps3 will have a processor speed of 4.6 gigs!
I can't wait, but what I hate about 95% of games today is the rush
They need to spend a long time making a few great games as opposed to 20-30 shitty to mediocre ones
I can't even stand those anymore

I'm not so sure 'bout that.. the only thing that made PS2 better than XBOX was the more expansive library of games. Microsoft seems to have garnered a lot more developmental support for the new XBOX. PS has a loyal fan base, but with a six+ month head start, Microsoft will at least gain considerable ground against Sony, IMO. Maybe not beat Sony yet, but I definitely think eventually Microsoft will come out on top in the years to come. Originally Posted by myCATpowerlifts

Their reach is going everywhere & their integration possibilities are constantly growing.
Besides, I'd rather an American company win the battle.
