    BEING YOUR very best

BEING YOUR very best - it IS ENTIRELY UP TO YOU. In Bodybuilding each person has POTENTIAL. EACH person. And they CAN BE their VERY BEST IF they REALLY WANT IT! GUARANTEED! And not much in life IS guaranteed.

It is a way, a personal way, for each person to achieve THEIR potential. DOING that is entirely up to each person. WHO they become through Bodybuilding depends on how smart they are or become and how and what they utilize, the tools of Bodybuilding. The nutrition, the exercises and HOW you do each one EVERY TIME WITH CONCENTRATION! And FOCUS. And rest, PROPER rest.

AND HONESTY with yourself and with Bodybuilding!

YOU CAN BE YOUR VERY BEST - GUARANTEED!! You MUST EARN that though. It is NOT "given" to you! And things you HONESTLY EARN you APPRECIATE SINCERELY and the end result IS THE BEST!!!

    Take Care, John H.

    Hi Joe,

You can party as long as it does NOT interfere with your Bodybuilding and your health overall. There is nothing wrong with having fun as long as it doesn't "cost you"

GO for the muscle - the BESST you can ACHIEVE. You WILL be damn glad you did.

    Hi Muscle,

YOU HAVE IT - and KNOW how DAMN IMPORTANT AND WORTHWHILE IT IS!!!

Guys that hesitate or just fool around to me are being VERY FOOLISH and HARMING themselves.

The BEST muscle and the higher the quality - each fiber - the better off a Man will be. Overall too.

    Hi GSXR,

As long as you have it or work for it you will know for yourself - AND those that TRULY CARE about you.

It IS the VERY BEST GIFT A MAN CAN GIVE HIMSELF and those that HONESTLY CARE ABOUT HIM.

Either John writes advertisements for his local paper so pay him no mind when he sporadically capitalizes random words,

or I see him as the internet equivalent of Adam Sandlers excited southerner or Will Farrells SNL character unable to control the volume of his voice except in this case it's the volume of his hands.
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012
