    Any of you been to...

    Rio de Janeiro?

    My good friend has a place there, goes for a couple months every summer.

    says he has access to a good gym, and obviously much of the brazilian fare is meat so thats good

    anyone traveled there and wouldnt mind sharing there thoughts?

    I've never been there, but I've had the pleasure to know several people from the area and have heard great things. These people are all very cool, intelligent, and always up for a good time. You might find it difficult to fit in.

    I was there in 1988. I was drunk the whole time so needless to say I barely remember being there...
    I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
