i couldn't come up with anything even remotely descriptive about myself as a screen name, and then i remembered how some boss lady i had a while back said i had a go-getter attitude because when I set might mind on something i was pretty friggin stubborn about getting it done. I was always bad @ sports & a skinny little punk-rock twig. Once I stared lifting I gained 43lbs (137lbs>180lbs). I was @ the gym with some friends who were "jocks" & fairly muscular, we were talking to an older guy with a European accent & he called me ""..da jock of the group" because I was looking ripped ...which irritated my friends to no end!

4 years, then I cut down to apprx 173lb now, lowered my BF%.

Gains were something like:
Started @ 137
155 1 yr
169 2 yrs
173 3rd year
180 4th & 5th year
cut to 173 6th year...I'm in my 8th year of lifting...

got to scan & post some of my 137lbs beach pix I have!!! Scary!
