    Toss-up between
    Beastie Boys
    Wu-Tang
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

-the Regime no doubt with Yukmouth, C-Bo, Tech n9ne, Gonzoe

-cant' forget the Outlaws, even without Pac and Yak. Napoleon is coming strong and Young Noble is spittin it.

-Bone Thuggs 'N Harmony were the shit, I have liked almost everything they have done.

-Wu Tang can't be left out of any Group listing
-I am also a Mob Figaz fan. those are groups that come to mind off the top

Eminem has fallen off BIGTIME imo. his last album absolutely sucked, completely below his potential as a lyricist. Its too bad to see he has sold out. He raps with no talent clowns nowadays and apparently raps to sell LPs to little kids, its pathetic. I used to love his shit, but if he keeps comin with the crap he laid down on his last album and surrounds himself with wannabe thuggs to procure an image I will never support him.

PS, if you want to hear an album of his that is just lyrically incredible go peep his very first album, Infinite. His ryhmes are so clever and unique, you can tell its all about the hip hop for him then

Grandmaster flash and the furious five are madness, total chaos, such a legendary group.

I also love Tupac and the Outlawz, minus the Outlawz.

Grandmaster Flash and the Furious 5 were some of the originals! Of course, when they were busting their rhymes, you were still in a crib, young man!
