    Workout Music

    i just recently bought an MP3 player. whats good music to listen to, to get you going. i normally listen to old rock. and its not that you know lets go lets go lets go

    I got their music way back on Morpheus or Limewire....I can only find one song now of theirs I think I may have lost them when I transfered my music from one hard disk to another, also lost a bunch of other stuff but had them backed up luckily....

    i like rev theory, hatebreed, devil driver, pantera, chimeara, as i lay dieng, killswitch enguage. for cardio larry the cable guy, dave chappel, old eddie murphy makes cardio so much easier.
