You are now on that journey by asking this question.

You just asked the question. Many do not. Having asked is a part of what makes a Man a Man and honestly wanting to know. As you grow you will begin to see your answers come to you on this.

BE yourself. Do not lie to yourself or to others if that is at all possible.

BE your best. Or strive to. Make an honest effort at this in all things. Learn all you can about all things accurately and honestly. The more you know especially about many things the less fearful you will be too and the better off you will be and others around you as well.

CARE honestly.

NEVER use and/or abuse others. And never allow them to do that to you.

Develop your body the very best you can and maintain it always. It is your foundation and your future. Make this as important a part of your daily life as is eating the proper foods and getting the proper rest, etc. Make the time for this and do not cheat here. Your total physical - and mental - health are the best gift a Man can give himself - and those that truly care about him.

QUESTION what you do not understand. And keep questioning until you find accurate answers.
