    It's a $92 fine here in Hawaii.
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

I understand Europe does not allow people to drive and use cell phones while driving. I can't tell you how many times I have seen people talking on the phone while "driving" - they do NOT KNOW what is going on other that the conversation they are having on a damn cell-phone!!!

And who NEEDS a car that goes faster than 60 MPH - and for that matter a motorcycle. SPEED does kill yet we make vehicles that can certainly go much faster that any legal speed limit.

It seems to me those stated above ARE A REAL threat TO ALL driving - you see it all the time yet nothing ever seems to be done about this REAL PROBLEM.

    Take Care, John H.
I agree 100% John; cell phones, cars built to go 130 mph+, car stereo systems you can hear 2 miles away, and drunk drivers are much more of a hazard to other drivers. Seat belt laws do save life's but their are much bigger fish to fry. There is allot of money behind liquor, expensive fast cars, telecommunications and electronic equipment, so It seems the politicians took the easy way out once again......they don't want to piss off the huge companies that pay for their political campaign's.

All of your government theories is worthless for the simple fact that...their not taking money from you. YOU are giving them money! They ask u to wear your damn seat belt! Which it was made for. I know it might sound hard, but all u have to do is grab the belt, and put it across your body. If u cant do this without a problem...........then u have a problem.
