Michael Jackson - Not Guilty on all counts!

Can you believe this? How many children does he have to molest to be convicted? If it wasn't for the family being so corrupt, he would have been convicted. This is so sick. I think he did it, but the family was obviously out for money.

Makes me really believe in the justice system
Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.

The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do.

I watched the whole trial on Court TV. the prosecution really didn't have any evidence. witnesses that they called contradicted each other, etc. etc. etc.

I believe he is guilty but they didn't prove it beyond a reasonable doubt. It's not what you know but what you can prove. same thing with the Robert Blake trial I watched the whole thing. the prosecution didn't have shit for evidence to support the charges filled against him.

they weren't but they had reporters who would come out periodically and give you a play by play of what was going on in the courtroom.

I guess I'm just another MJ fan glad he didn't get convicted...

Michael Jackson will have to be found with his pants around his ankle, pounding some little kid before he gets a guilty verdict.

I have a feeling he may move to France (This was a close call)

Funny thing is he had the NOI backing him as if he thought he may have been going to prison, that to me shows that he had a feeling he may have been going to prison. But the ironic thing is that they let him join after he obviously has done all that he could to alter his image as a black man, from lightened skin to a nose job and straightened hair. What a fuckin world we live in.

They rushed into taking him to court, I think they should have had a MUCH stronger case, the guy was obviously guilty, but they didn't have ALL the proof they needed.

    No...

    I've heard several theories...

Some folks are speculating the family in question, was specially selected
because of the weakness of any case they could build against jackson..

So if jackson hires them to sue himself, knowing their character is poor,
    and case weak...

He can easily be found "NOT GUILTY" and can then fall back on this
court proven decision, to deflect any future accusations that "MAY" arise

people will do anything for money these days, but who wouldn't?? especially against someone as generous and easy-going as Michael Jackson.

the world is already a fucekd up place as it is and this thread proves it.

MJ should not be convicted and locked up as a prisoner, he should be committed to a mental institution, and I am being serious.

    Hi sdupdike,

The jury made their decision based on all the facts that were presented. We do not know all that went on unless we were there everyday and heard every word.

Based on what the jury has said publicly and based on the evidence I heard I did not see how Michael Jackson could be convicted of anything. Certainly if he did have boys in his bed as often as everyone says he has he would have had many more people come foreword saying he molested them. I do not think it would have been an isolated incident - that is just one. If he truly is a molester he would have done it to many.

I personally have never really liked Michael Jackson - not because he is black, or how he looks, etc. but I just have not really thought myself he was "all that great" I quess. I still do not really think he did anything wrong and I am NOT excusing him of anything IF he REALLY DID. NO ONE must EVER abuse ANYONE for ANY REASON. I feel his wanting young people around him is an effort on his part to bring back the childhood he lost because he has been involved in entertainment since he was I believe 10 years old and never really had the "growing up" experience most kids have. I think he is just trying to live that experience in some manner to fill a personal void he feels. I really doubt he is harming anyone. If he was I would think it would be much more apparent.

His accusers certainly do not have a stellar background. I think it is all about collecting money from someone.

If Michael Jackson IS guilty I would be one of the first to want him to pay the price BIGTIME!

He was found to be not guilty based on the evidence provided.

    Take Care, John H.
