There is no love between lions and hyenas and this video shows what happens when the two clash. It is hard for even lions to deal with a pack of hyenas but one on one between a male lion and a hyena gets interesting.

I saw this on PBS a few years ago and the Hyena's ganged up on the Lioness like they show you there but there were actually more Hyenas but they cut a lot of scenes in this video.
Well anyway there are 2 young Lions that are brothers and they came back and kicked Hyena ass. That was the leader of the Hyena pack "Alpha Hyena" who got mauled by the young manic er um Lion.

The females were vastly out numbered by the Hyenas. The original video was great.

Those looked like malnurished lions in the beginning, but you saw in the end the males don't play around, even though it was one on one there were other hyenas just standing around like "oh shit! peace to the power."

In the full video you can see that there were a few of them and I guess they reconized him cause they all ran.

OK this may sound stupid but how the heck do they know who is the clan leader? It's not like he has a Generals star on its chest.

Another article with less info say's a video exists from Ethiopian news archives. "Ethiopian television showed sand billowing as a lion wrestled with six hyenas, with other lions watching."

i use zone alarm n have it set so limewire uses it too. if i get a virus it tells me right away n i delete the file. i usually don't have any problems n limewire will warn you what types of files are potentially buggy.
