Babies eat anything. Just as they do everywhere in the world, they'll put anything in their mouth. I remembered something sick my 5 year old did when she was only 1. I was in the Marines and just spent the whole day at the range. The range was infested with geese and strangely enough none of them ever got hit with a round. When I went home I took off my boots and some geese shit fell of my boots. My daughter grabbed it immediately and shoved it in her mouth! I reacted quickly , but she swallowed it too fast!!
An hour later she was shitting and puking it all up

not sick but funny. my kids were breast fed, my son at about 7 months would rest his hand in my clevage and suck his thumb while he sat in the grocery cart. he got a lot of envious looks.

I was around 4 or 5 and remember waking up early to watch cartoons when I heard rustling in my brothers room. I walked in to investigate and see him with his diaper splayed out in front of him and what looked, but not smelled, like a choclately mess in his hands and around his mouth. Waking my parents up was fun, Singing "Hey wake up, Kris is eating his poop." which sounded like one of the songs from the cartoon I was watching. My mom still remembers it too because making them laugh took the edge off of how grumpy they were waking up to that mess.
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

Tesla is a good cook but my kids like to give each other a hard time. one day she asked me "did Tyler ever eat poop?" without missing a beat he said "only when you do the cookin"
