okay, here we go. My roommate is married to a chick who is about 4yrs younger than him 27/23. They have been together for 5yrs. He is in the service with me and she is back home in KY. Well, all they do is fight because
she's always lying to him and shit like that. She always has new guys numbers
in her phone and sending ppl pics on the net. She also has a kid who is 8
yeah she had him when she was 15
Well, from just meeting the girl I could tell that she would fuck him over
hardcore in a heartbeat. They have all their bills together and shit like
that and she is supposed to move here when their house is done being built.
He threatened to leave here and she got her fucking lawyer uncle to send him
some papers that she is gonna take all of his money and all sorts of shit. So
he is kinda screwed. He doesn't want to stay married so he tells me anyway.
I told him to take the loss because she's obviously getting filled out like an
application and the shit won't change here.
what would ya'll tell him.
oh yeah, she's a RN so she makes decent loot.

I would have told him one time only, but the fucking guy asks me like couple times a
day what he should do. Finally I get sick of it and tell him what i'd do. Which is toss
her to the curb, sleeo with as many of her friends as possible. File a counter-suit
against her! lying about how much money i make and have her ass pay me. The
courts can only go after your base pay if your in the service. It's been going on for
about 6months now. I doubt he'll do anything.

My dad and about 1/8 of my family are lawyers, and I will tell you your buddy needs to see a lawyer now!!! and set up a plan of escape. your friend is a big boy n if he wants to do more than whine about the situation he will. i think if she is cheating he should bring evidence of it into court, hiring someone to get this will save him money in the end. but a lot of guys like this just whine to their friends n don't do squat about it. n real good example to her kid if she is fooling around. jeeze.

I would tell him he's a fuccin idiot for getting married too young, getting married without a prenup, getting married and then goin in the service, and worst of all marrying this broad when she had a previous child at 15!!!!!!!. Be aware, if its someone elses child and he's been with her for this long, he can be sued for child support anyways in some states, despite him not being the biological father. Either way theres no good way out of this that he's not going to have to pay, only way is to ditch this bitch now, learn your lesson for the next relationship, and try to support this kid (if its his) to the best of his ability. for the record, this is exactly why I always say teh shit I do, and why people are told not to get married at a young age, and certainly not date single mothers.
