Cheating once a week has never had any affect on my BF whether i am dieting or not. Why should it? Eating something I enjoy once a week is not going to kill me. It is when I eat things that I enjoy ALL WEEK that make the difference. Also, I don't get sick from all the sugar. All I feel is a bit of guilt from being a glutton at that moment and ofcourse a little bloated from all the water I am holding. But, there is nothing wrong with it. Also, i am not trying to gain weight right now so I don't know what you are talking about.
Alright, i understand what you're saying now. But for gaining weight, i saw a post of yours in your journal.

A Cold Stone ice cream joint just opened up about two miles from my house. I went there Sunday and got a huge bowl of "Coffee Lovers" special: Coffee ice cream, chopped up Heath Bar, and almonds...served in a chocolate dipped waffle bowl. I was friggin stuffed after eating that.

Cripes, why the shit am I busting my ass in the gym and on my bike if I can't enjoy some ice cream?

Hands down, probably the best ice cream available. I had the same thing myself 2 nights ago.

Not to knock ColdStone, but did you hear about the recent recall?

I did not hear about that!

The reports of illness occurred in Minnesota, Washington state, Oregon and Ohio.

    I'm in the clear!

I was just commenting on how I was having trouble gaining weight back after a contest to get to my "normal" level of BF. Not trying to bulk up. And perhaps you missed these sentences within those posts:

I don't care so much about the weight. I know it is a number. Plus, I am just as strong as I was at 195lbs.
I think I will camp out between 180-185. That is a comfortable weight for me as I can still be explosive and fast and I am just as strong now as I was when I was 195 so I don't know that the extra 10-15lbs is really neccessary.

In Jenny's defense, she is in Sweden. It was my observation that Ice cream (over there) and Ice Cream here are dynamically different. Thiers is more like a blended ice with flavoring in it. Just a guess but that may be what she is referring to.
