    I know several women who have had reductions - only one was for esthetic reasons, the rest were all due to back related pain and postural problems.
    The one who did it for esthetics got a reduction and lift and then implants to have higher, perkier boobs rather than big, sagging, flat, balloons (her words!).

    That person has a really bad body image and a fucked up mental state....its sad to hear about people mutilating their body's to try and fit into some cartoon body.......I hope she seeks some professional help before it is too late.
