    what would you do?

ok, to make a long story short my lawyer pretty much told me the only way
the courts will let my daughter move out of state to live with me is if I get
married so if i get shipped off she will be with my wife.

Well, I have been in a off an on relationship for about 4yrs now. I always
kick my g/f to the curb but then take her back after a while. I'm 22, she
wants to get married I really don't but this is putting me in a shitty spot. My
daughter currently stays with my mother and I never get to see her since
    I live 1600mi away.

    What would ya'll do.

leave your daughter with your mom and do all you can to spend time with her. don't drag her into the messy relationship you have and then leave her with some chick you keep feeling the need to kick to the curb if you get shipped out. put the kid first.

Don't look back ~ You're not going that way!

Your daughter must come first. Be thankful your mom has her and can raise her well. Getting married at 22 just for the sake of it will be a death sentence and your daughter would have to live though it.

Great advise, the last thing you want to do is make matters worse by getting married at 22.

thanks for your advice. I just really mis having my daughter in my life so I'm
getting a little desperate. I know that's a bad Idea. I'm in the service
and everyone seems to get married when they are like 18 so maybe thats
why it crossed my mind. Oh well, 2 more years isn't a lifetime.

The next time you kick her to the curb leave her there and find someone else that may work out for you.
Why the hell do people keep going back to old relationships? The same problems always surface eventually.
