Thats cool. When you're done with that one you'd probably get a good $ for it.

Ok that is a clever idea!

I'm curious as to what MB/Processor you plan on using. A computer resembling the infamous R2D2 should be no less than Top Shelf componants

You should put a battery pack in the bottom with an inverter/charger, place a small lcd screen under a flipup section of the dome and have one of those foldable keyboards to plug into the side. Then mount a small motor underneath and a remote control unit from an RC car hobby shop, I have a friend here who made a remote control skateboard and he weighs around 250 so I know they have strong enough motors to handle it. Then you could have it follow you into a coffee shop and then you could sit down with a coffee and flip a switch and the monitor comes out then just whip out the keyboard and a wirless mouse and you're good to go.

    Why not a 64bit?

R2 is finally done (for the most part). I still have to clean up some areas like the slot loading drive and LCD screen's positioning. It is done enough to finally be utilized and be moved from the basment to my office. I had to rent an appliance dolly to move it, because it weighs nearly 100lbs!
