Remember brother 1 arm is usally a half inch bigger then the other. On days where you train arms just do 1 extra rep with the smaller arm and kaboom it will be 21" also.

21s at 220 would be interesting.

Wouldn't it. This guy bashed me for having 23" arms when i weighed 340 lbs in the late 70's. Said I should be ashamed for out weighing him by 120 lbs, having a 39" waist and only having arms 2" larger this his right now.

for a guy to have 21" arms at 220 lbs he would either have to be very short like Lee Priest or be seriously out of proportion. 21" arms and 25" quads isn't very impressive..guys with huge arms and legs like 15 year old girls are a joke..

When I was 257 at 6'1 my "cold" upper arm was 19.75 and my waist 34, this guy has my best arm measurement beat by 1.75 and is 37 lbs lighter....he must have a 24 inch waist.
